OUT PATIENT INFORMATION
If you are visiting our outpatient clinic or consulting
one of our doctors for the first time, you need to register with our O.P.
registration counter giving your personnel data as required. The registration
staff staff will provide you with a yellow O.P. card once you pay the prescribed
registration charges. The staff or the public relation officer ten directs
you to the appropriate consultant's chamber. Your case sheets and investigation
reports are filed in the hospital record room and will be retrieved during
your subsequent visit. Make sure to retain the O.P. card for any further
visit. The hospital complex is a non-smoking zone .Visitors and bystanders
are advised to follow this rule and restrain from chewing pan or gutka in
the hospital complex.
IN-PATIENT INFORMATION
Patients are admitted to the hospital wards only on written
recommendation of the doctors . The patient on their choice can opt to get
admitted in general or pay wards and the pay wards are allotted as and when
falls vacant. The patients or their guardian / relation has to sign a few
forms like general consent for appropriate treatment and the other relevant
information. The patient also need to pay a token advance for which a receipt
is given. Sty pass is issued to the relative or by-standers for security
control. More than one by-stander is not permitted in the rooms and no bystanders
are permitted in the general wards. On admission the patients are to bring,
their clothing, toiletries , tooth brush, tooth paste towels , plates and
cups for consuming food .The patient may also bring a list of medication
they are currently taking and prescriptions and clinical finds etc. for
reference. Always try to bring contact address and telephone numbers of
more than one relative or friend to be informed in case of emergency. All
payments to the hospital are to be made in cash.
