Dr. Jithu Subash babu did his MBBS from VMMC Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal, Pondicherry in the year 2012. He obtained his MD speciality training in Radiology from SMCSI Medical college, Trivandrum, Kerala in the year 2019, following which he completed a two year University recognized Post Doctoral Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Dr Rela Institute and Medical Center, Chennai – A center for excellence in Liver transplantation , (Affiliated to BIHER University), Chennai . He got selected as an International scholar representing India and completed a Course Completion Training (CCT) and Education Program in Liver Cancer Treatment from Korea University Medical Center (KUMC) – ANAM Medical Center, Seoul , South Korea, and also completed his post doctoral training in Pediatric Interventions from the prestigious Quarternary Children hospital -The Sydney Children’s Hospital, West mead , Australia. He is a skilled Interventional Radiologist and his areas of special interest include pediatric hepatobiliary interventions, Liver transplant related imaging and interventions, and renovascular interventions.
